About the dance...
⦿ The dance of the Innviertler Zechen (a group of
Austrian traditional swains) represents a
combination of music, choreography and poetry.
⦿ It is a partner dance which strongly features
hopping and stamping. It was sometimes purely
instrumental and sometimes had a vocal part,
sometimes featuring yodeling.
