1. The Petitioner is a "Financial Creditor", hence submitted Form No.1 on 14th June 2017 in respect
of outstanding financial debt of Rs. 1,21,17,752 (Principal) and interest thereon. The Financial
Debtor is Kamla Real Estate Hub Private Limited, stated to be in purchase-sale of vehicles and
spare parts business.
2. In brief facts relating to the disbursement of the debt are that Inventory Funding Facility (AUIP)
was sanctioned on 5th October, 2013 for a sum of Rs. 2 crores which was disbursed on 14th
October 2013. Thereafter, the said facility was renewed vide sanction letter dated 01st July, 2014
for an amount of Rs. 5 crores, which was also disbursed. However, as per the information
available on the requisite form furnished by the Financial Creditor is that the outstanding amount
as on the date on which the default occurred was as under:-
