January 2018 – Red Lion “Sizzling Pub” near Bath

Our New Year breakfast get together saw us meet at the Red Lion on Wellsway near Bath.
A typical overcast day but the rain wasn’t going to dampen the spirits of those that turned up
to the third instalment of the BAM Biker Breakfast trips.
This flow of trips out were starting to get that good I was becoming increasingly worried that
we may end up on a roll (not literally) and end up organising a BAM Biker Breakfast every
month!!
A great location, easy to find and plenty of room in the car park. Nice cosy area at the back of
the pub and plenty of room to fit in the 20 of us looking forward to a sizzling breakfast.
What made this breakfast were the looks on people’s faces when they saw the prices of the
various selection of breakfast – cheap as chips….erm, eggs. Seriously this is one to come back
to again just to ease the strain on the purse, not on the waistline, and a nice ride out.
