Brief History of Artist
Konthon Taecholarn or Hongtae, He is an Indepen- dent artist, Master of ceremonies, Voice actors, Stage actor, and speakers. He graduates from the Faculty of Architecture at Chulalongkorn University.
Hongtae starting drawing since childhood when he grows up he thinks that drawing is a thing that makes him happy and it is indispensable. He has been with art for a long time since birth. His father, who is a doctor, likes to drawing too. His mother has always been encouraged him to do what he likes.
He creates his work by the thing that he wants to try. He didn’t like to do what the teacher said and don’t believe. As for things that are curious or interested, he will do a lot. For example, when he was kids he likes Pantomime (Ramayana Region) very much. So he wants to know how to create a pantomime mask. He decides to ask the technician at Joe Louis, which is traditional Thai puppet theater, how to do and he goes to do it every day until bonding with these sto- ries.
He has been being a tutor for admission in architecture for free because he thinks that money not important to him. He thinks that the thing that truly nourishes his life is to create artwork. Especially in the latter, he also thinks that the transfer of art knowledge is important and it is still lacking as well.
