Religion, myths and beliefs
Hongtae doing this topic because he likes it since childhood. He has prayed to monks, read Tripitaka, and interested in ancient legends. For example, his bedtime story of childhood is Ramayana story. When he grows up he wants to know about his religion which is Buddhism more. When he was a child he has to recite Pali but he didn’t know the meaning of it. So when he grows up he finds meaning about them.
He starts a questionnaire with religion because religion in Thailand has a lot of ‘Why’. He doesn’t dis- parage but he understands that why we can’t ask much about religion and why just doing something is being sinned such as Why does a woman touching monk things and being a sin?
He studied more about religion to explain and educate others that religion is not what they think. It has a different perspective.
