The property is Lot 40 ‘Hilltop’ Figtree located in the North - West crest of William Davies
Drive in Figtree and is zoned R2 - Low Density Residential which allows for the
construction of terrace and townhouse styled homes.
The current DA approves the construction of 14 x three bedroom townhouse and villa
homes for this site all consisting of two bathrooms plus double car garage.
Due to the recent trends in Figtree and success with Redgum Ridge Lot Subdivision we
anticipate there will be a strong response to the release of the new development in the
area.
According to realestate.com.au1, Figtree is classified as a ‘High Demand Market’. This is a
result of the high number of views it has received on average per property in the suburb vs
the NSW average. As of January 11th, 2016 the median house price in Figtree sits at
$612,000 based on the 173 house sales from 1 Jan 2015 - 11 Jan 2016 and includes 2, 3
and 4 bedroom homes.
These statistics form the basis of our marketing campaign which we will later outline
demonstrating our high investment in Website and online marketing to achieve a greater
exposure on the internet and a global scale.
