The price analysis, was researched from reliable information currently available from the local listing
services, (RP Data services). It indicates what real estate activity has occurred in your area with other
properties. While none of the properties are exactly like yours, they do provide a good reference
source for a comparative market analysis.
In our opinion properly marketed and promoted your apartment should realise offers in the vicinity
of $530,000 to $550,000 based on recent sales and performance of other apartments in your area.
