Can we get energy without fossil fuels? We can! We can catch
energy from the sun, wind, or ocean tides. This energy does not
pollute nature! So, we call it “clean energy.” And there is another
form of energy. It is “bioenergy.” We can make it with crops like
corn. We can also make bioenergy with trash. For example, we burn
trash. Then we can get heat or electricity from it!
