Materials: Puzzles board, 2 Pentomino sets,
Pentomino Nim game activity sheet
Let’s place the pentomino pieces in the grid until you are no longer able to
place them.
Puzzles 1. Place the Puzzles board in the middle. Each player takes one pentomino set.
2. Cut the activity sheet and place it on the board.
3. Decide who will go first. Take turns placing the pentomino pieces one by one on
the activity sheet. The first player must start placing the piece at the corner of the
grid.

4. The next player places the piece on the side of the placed piece.
