Type 11 -2 A Fair Sharing

Sandra and Brian bet eight marbles each to play a game with the
following rules.

Rules

1. Sandra earns 10 points when an odd number is rolled.
2. Brian earns 10 points when an even number is rolled.
3. The first person who earns 30 points takes all 16 marbles.

The game stops after Sandra earns 20 points and Brian earns zero
points. How can they share the 16 marbles fairly?
