Materials: 1 Mini-calculation board, 1 Die (1-6),
10 White number chips (1-9, 5)

Let’s play making 10 by moving one number chip as many spaces as the
rolled number and place the number chip on top of the placed number chip.
Let’s place overlapping more chips than the other player.

Arith. 1. Place one mini-calculation board in the middle of the table and shuffle all

2. Place all the number chips face down on the board. Then flip the chips to
show the numbers where the chips were placed.
3. Decide who will go first. In his/her turn, roll the die and move one chip to
the left, right, top, or down according to the rolled number. Then place
overlapping the two chips if they make 10. Note that the chip can go
through the spaces where it has been passed, however, jumping or passing
the placed number chips are not allowed.
4. He/she takes the two overlapped chips if the numbers make 10. If he/she
cannot make 10 or the chips are placed incorrectly, select one number chip
and move it according to the rolled number.
5. Take turns playing the game until there is no chip left. The player who
collects more chips wins.
