Drawing Perpendicular Bisector
Use a ruler without any marking and a compass to construct a circle that
uses the line below as the diameter.

Step 1. Place a compass point on each end point and draw a circle. Connect the
two points, where the circles meet, and label them C and D.

Step 2. Mark O as the segment where the original segment and the line drawn in
Step 1 intersect. Place the compass point on point O, set the distance of
the compass equal to OA, and draw a circle.
