Materials: Number Battle board, 4 Number chip sets (0-9)
Let’s put the numbers that are one greater and one less than the others.
Number 1. Shuffle all the number chips face down and stack them in the middle.
Battle 2. Each player selects one number chip and place it in the middle top and down of
the board.
Example If select 5 and 7
or
3. Decide who will go first. Each player takes nine number chips and places them in
the crack of the board.
4. In his/her turn, place down one chip on the board to place one greater or one less
than the placed numbers next to each other.
Ex ample If have 6
or
5. If there is no chip to place down in his/her turn, take one chip from the stack.
6. The game ends when there is no chip to take or the player places all of his/her
number chips on the board. The player who has fewer chips leftover wins.
