Material: 1 Meter ruler
Let’s estimate the length of different objects based on 1 meter long.
Measure- 1. Prepare the 1 meter ruler made in the previous page.
ment Kit 2. One player says one object that can be measured around the players. Then the
other player estimates if the object is longer than or shorter than 1 meter without
measuring the length.
3. Measure the length of the object by using a 1 meter ruler. If his/her estimate is
correct earns 1 point.
4. Switch the roles and play several rounds. The player who earns more points wins.
