P. 15
Materials: True-False board, Chips (2-digit numbers),
Monster B stickers, 2 Game pieces (Red, Yellow) each
The sixteen monster chips have different colors, face shapes, number of
horns, and eye sizes. Look at the classified chips to find one incorrectly
classified chip.
True- 1. Decide who will be the tagger and player. Place the board in the middle of the
False table.
2. Put the monster stickers on sixteen chips and spread them in the rectangle area
on the board. Each player selects one game piece and places it on ‘5’ of the
board.
3. The tagger decides on one attribute in his/her mind by looking at the chips.
Then move eight chips into each of True and False without showing them to the
player. Select one chip from each of True and False and exchange its location.
4. The player looks at the chips in True and False to find the two exchanged chips.
Then move them to the correct place and say the attribute that the tagger
decided on.
5. The player earns 1 point if he/she correctly guesses the attribute. If not, he/she
cannot earn any point. The tagger loses 1 point if he/she moves the chips
incorrectly before the player guesses the attribute.
6. Switch the roles and play several rounds. The player who earns more points wins.
I decided on one attribute,
color. I will place red monsters in
True and blue monsters in False.
Then I will exchange the chips from
each of True and False.
