Making the number closest to the condition

Let’s make the closest number to the condition by selecting number
chips.

Material: 1 Number-chip set (0-9)

1 Prepare ten number chips from 0 to 9 and spread them face up.

2 Select four chips and make the greatest 4-digit number.
The greatest 4-digit number:

3 Select four chips and make the least 4-digit number.
The least 4-digit number:

4 Select four chips and make the 4-digit number closest to 5000.
The 4-digit number closest to 5000:
