A USING DESCRIPTIVE WORDS
DESCRIPTIVE WORDS clearly describe your topic. Avoid plain words like
good, bad, nice, went, and said. Instead, use more vivid words like delicious,
horrible, raced, and yelled. These words give your reader a clear picture
about your idea. Look at these sentences:
The big girl went home. (plain)
The 7-foot girl raced home on her red tricycle. (interesting)
