1 A 2-digit odd number has a ones digit that is odd.

2 An even 2-digit number whose digits can be switched to make another even

number has digits that are both even numbers.
Neither digit can be 0 because if the digits are switched, it won't make a 2-digit number.
There are 5 numbers that satisfy the conditions; 20, 22, 24, 26, and 28.

Type Study 1+3=4, 2+2=4, so the 2-digit numbers that can be made whose digits

have a sum of 4 are 13, 22, and 31.
