4. Strange Clocks
Reflection of a Clock 6 : 10
The minute hand (long needle) moves
one interval every minute. When it points
at 1, it is 5 minutes. When it points at 2,
it is 10 minutes. The reflection is the
image of the clock that is flipped to the
left or right.
Broken Clock
When the minute hand makes a full rotation around the clock, the hour
hand moves to the next number. The time it takes is one hour or 60
minutes. A broken clock is a clock whose minute hand moves faster or
slower than a normal clock. For example, if a normal clock goes from 1:00
to 2:00 to 3:00, then a broken clock will show 1:05, 2:10, and 3:15.
