Addition and subtraction of capacity
Metric units of capacity are a liter (L) and a milliliter (mL).
1 liter equals to 1000 milliliters.
1 L = 1000 mL
Add or subtract when the units of capacity are the same.
Add or subtract milliliter and milliliter or liter and liter, use the units of
capacity, 1 liter = 1000 milliliter to regroup to find the sum or difference.
