I) The total investment of 1,566,867 Million Baht in SP2

The cabinet resolution on the 7th April 2009 approved 1.567 Trillion Baht of SP2 investment
programs, prioritizing education sector, public health, telecommunication, logistics, and energy sector for

72.8% as shown in Figure 1.

II) Project screening of 1,435,739 Million Baht
From the cabinet resolution on 6th May and 15th June 2009, the project steering committee classified

the shovel-ready projects for 2009-2012 as below.
• Group 1 (Blue): the most readiness projects are able to start their procurement and disbursement

within fiscal year (FY) 2009.
• Group 2 (Red): the readiness projects commence their operations on FY 2010.

• Group 3 (Green): the pipeline projects will commence on FY 2011 onward.
