office for which I have been elected.

INSTALLING OFFICER: Top Teens, you have heard the pledge which the Officers have made. It is important that
each member assist these Officers in the performance of their duties. Will you as members, pledge your support?

ALL TTA MEMBERS RESPOND: “YES, WE WILL”

INSTALLING OFFICER: You may be seated

INSTALLING OFFICER: Area One President- Please come forward, as incoming President are you familiar with your
duties as stated in the Bylaws?

AREA ONE PRESIDENT: Yes, I am familiar with the duties, of the office of President elect.

INSTALLING OFFICER: I hereby invest you with the gavel, authority of your office, and bid you to use it wisely.

INSTALLING OFFICER: Will the Vice Presidents come forward. As Area One Vice-Presidents of TTA, are you
familiar with the duties as stated in the Bylaws?

AREA ONE VICE-PRESIDENTS-Yes we are familiar with the duties of the office of the Vice President

INSTALLING OFFICER: Will the Area One Recording Secretary and Assistant Recording Secretary please come
forward. Are you familiar with your duties?

AREA ONE RECORDING AND ASSISTANT RECORDING SECRETARY: Yes, we are familiar with the duties of
Recording and Assistant Recording Secretary.

INSTALLING OFFICER: Will the Financial Secretary and Treasurer please come forward. Are you familiar with the
duties of your office?

AREA ONE FINANCIAL SECRETARY AND TREASURER: Yes, we are familiar with the duties of Financial
Secretary and Treasurer.

INSTALLING OFFICER: Will all of the Officers please come forward.

Your duties are numerous, individually and cooperatively, requiring assistance in many capacities toward the
accomplishment of the purposes of Top Teens of America. Are you willing to assume these responsibilities?
