LIGHT INCLUSIONS
In the standard inclusion package, you will get one batten ceiling light to each room. You have
the option to upgrade to Led Downlight for an extra $3000 for single story homes and $5000 for
double story homes. With the upgrade you get approximately 3-4 LED downlights in each room.
LED lights are very energy ecient, using approximately 85% less energy than halogen or incan-
descent lighting – meaning signicant savings on your power bills. LED lights also have a much
longer lifespan than other types of lighting. On top of that it also makes for a stylish addition to
the house.
