NIKOLE HARRIS – Customer Care Representative of the Year
General Care Representative – Bellingham

Since joining the T-Mobile family in January of 2016, Nikole Harris has been a force to be
reckoned with and truly is one of Bellingham’s finest! She is passionate and un-relenting when
it comes to hunting down resolution for our customers. In her first month out of training, Nikole
quickly made a name for herself by competing against the teams already on the floor and
finished within the top 15 reps in the site!

Nikole brings our “How We Play” values to life, striking the perfect balance between being
a dedicated customer advocate and a great steward of the business. And, she takes every
opportunity to teach her expertise and skills to her peers. Nikole not only delivers amazing
performance but also influences the performance of all those around her! We’re excited to honor
her as our Customer Care Representative of the Year for 2016!

RAY WALLIN – Field Technician of the Year
Technician, Field – Georgia
Ray is all about being dedicated to his job and our customers. He recently covered for an open
position maintaining 120 sites for 3 months and was on-call for that entire period, every day and
night. But, that isn’t new to him … in fact, this is the fourth time in 13 years he’s helped cover for
his peers. Ray is the performance lead on his team and provides critical updates to help them
continue marching forward without missing a beat. He pushes his team for prompt resolution
of concerns, yet again putting the customer first. For this and much more, he is easily our Field
Technician of the Year for 2016!

JAMIE RHODES – Retail Sales Associate of the Year
Retail Sales Associate – New Jersey
Jamie is a trailblazer in Retail—performing phenomenally in New Jersey since the very first day
she started. She’s our 2016 Retail Sales Associate of the Year, which isn’t new to her…in fact,
she has been the RSA of the Year three times, a feat that hasn’t ever been done! On top of this,
Jamie is a five-time Winners Circle winner and you’ll see her in Maui in May as she is also a PEAK
Achievement Award winner!

Jamie has been leading her store in at-work sales for the last 14 months and always is at
the top of the Sales leaderboard. But what really sets Jamie apart is her focus on her peers’
development, pushing them to perform at a higher level with the store’s goals in mind. Recently,
she took on additional responsibility to train new hires and made herself available to mentor her
peers, with the goal of pushing them to the top of the leaderboard in 2017. Jamie truly exudes
Un-carrier and it’s no surprise why she again is our Retail Sales Associate of the Year for 2016!
