expectations by becoming the marketing product tester/validator-in-chief, and sanity checker
for these applications to ensure that the core features and design not only made sense, but also
worked in a way that created a great customer experience.

Vandana had a great year in 2016 with game-changing product launches. She was instrumental in
the launch of Binge On and DLM. She launched Pokémon Go within record time and consistently
performed behind the scenes heroics on T-Mobile ONE.

Sherwin delivered big contributions improving our creative development process by building
consistent experience and adoption of our digital asset management system. He also improved the
process and speed in which Apple assets were available to create a smoother experience for the
users and better partnership with Apple (receiving a Golden Apple for his efforts).
