EVENT OVERVIEW
Winners Circle is our annual recognition for frontline employees who drive BIG numbers and frontline support employees
who went above and beyond to support the frontline. To put it simply, frontline winners are selected based on key metrics,
so they’re top performers who put up some big numbers. Frontline support winners are chosen from a group of nominees
recognized for outstanding support of the frontline—basically for putting in work that equips the frontline to get giant
results (~630 winners total, the largest event so far!). These are the best of the best and their work enables the frontline to
kick butt. The award consists of a 3-night/4-day group travel award to Las Vegas, NV for the winner and one guest.
