Maintenance Services on Telecom

Recently EPC has support customer on telecom equipment maintenance. Our
cutting-edge technology together with our more than 5 years’ experience and
50 qualified professionals make EPC Maintenance into a competitive service
provider in the market that provides companies with the best human and
technical means and a wide coverage throughout their national territory.

EPC has provided Maintenance service for Transmission system along the
EXAT tollway. Our Project team develops implementation and specific,
specialized, preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and
communication networks services.

This year 2020, EPC is providing Maintenance service for a very strong mobile
network operator in Thailand, AIS. The maintenance services include all
equipment in GSM900 (2G), UMTS2100 (3G), LTE (4G), AIS WiFi, WiFi
Corporate, Airnet, FTTX, EDS and also related telecommunication equipment
(Transmission Network, Radio Network, Power System) and Datacom
Equipment (FTTX, FBB, IP Switch, EDS Network, Airnet, AIS WiFi). The
responsibility is covering both inside and outside the station. Preventive and
Corrective maintenance applied.

The mobile network is spreading over the continent, hence the preparation
and cooperation between maintenance team and customer workforce is very
importance. Each team has SLA to meet, but also flexible enough to handle
jobs as required by customer.
