Every company, every firm, every lawyer has a brand. Each of us is seen by others through a specific lens wherein we are perceived and viewed a certain way. You need to know what you firm’s brand is if you want to affect it positively and shift it in a certain direction.
Defining the Firm’s Marketing Plan
Your firm needs both a firm wide marketing plan individual attorney marketing plans (which are directed and defined by the firm wide plan) to ensure the spigot of future matters and new clients remains on and freely flowing.
