past fall, and extending assistance for the upcoming Virtual Winter Meeting, Section Presentations, and the on-line Insurance Coverage Boot Camp.

to develop associate talent in members’ firms. This includes converting the Deposition Boot Camp to an on-line model under co-chairs Joanne Blackburn and Jody Guillot. Plans are being set to bring future on-line series to our domestic and international members and their firms for 2022
and beyond.
Finally, the VPC is cultivating institutional knowledge from
many Federation members for best determining member immediate and long-term expectations and needs. By analyzing unintended consequences against successes of new practices undertaken during these times, the VPC will provide a set of best practices for virtual and in-person Federation programming including hybridized events when we move into the Post-COVID environment.
So rest assured that your FDCC is working on all cylinders to tame COVID’s cultural tempest to the best benefit of all our members.
