are required for everyone and are supplied by the
facility. There will be 2 excursions, each with 1 hour
of swimming and the balance of the time available
for exploring the crater. Participants are encouraged
to wear their swimsuits to take full advantage of their
1-hour swim. Changing facilities are available.

Provo River Kayaking
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Paddle through the scenic Provo Canyon on a top-
quality inflatable kayak. Whether you choose a single
or tandem kayak, this adventure is perfect for those
with some paddling experience. Enjoy a 6-mile trip
with gentle currents, beautiful canyon views, and fun
splashes along the way.

1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Your senses are in for a treat as Stein Eriksen’s
sommelier guides you through a tasting of 4-6 wines.
Learn to smell, sip, swirl, and savor the wine and enjoy
a deeper understanding of varietals and vintages in
this two-hour class.
