THURSDAY EXCURSIONS
High West Distillery Tour
12:15 PM - 4:45 PM
This distillery tour takes you on a walk through the
whiskey making process in a state-of-the-art distillery
with one of High West’s expert whiskey ambassadors.
You’ll learn about Utah’s unique whiskey heritage
and High West’s pioneering approach to distilling
& blending and have the opportunity to taste small
batch whiskey only available in Utah.
$175 per person
Half-Day Guided Fly Fishing Experience
12:00 PM - 5:50 PM
Enjoy a guided half-day fly fishing trip in the scenic
rivers near Park City. Perfect for all skill levels, this four-
hour excursion includes top-quality gear (including
waders), expert instruction, and stunning natural
surroundings. Come fish the area’s Blue Ribbon trout
streams for Cutthroat and Brown. Whether you’re a
seasoned angler or a first-timer, you’ll love casting
into the Provo or Weber River’s clear waters. There will
be 1 professional guide for every 2 participants. Utah
state fishing license is required and included in the
tour price.

Alcohol Ink
2:00 PM - 4:00PM
The process of creating this art form is blending
Alcohol Ink (a highly pigmented liquid dye), and
metallic inks with isopropyl alcohol, using motion, your
breath and an air blower, and creative imagination
to create wonderful vibrant abstract paintings. Each
piece is unique, not one piece can be recreated
identically. You will go home with a fantastic piece of
art that you created! (Onsite activity at Stein Eriksen,
minimum age is 8 years)

Glass Blowing
1:30 PM - 4:00PM
Each person will be able to work one-on-one with the
instructor to blow an ornament or bud vase, selecting
their own color and texture. The per person price
includes shipping of your piece back home.

Provo River Tubing Adventure
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Experience the beauty of Utah’s Provo River with a
scenic rafting trip. This adventure offers gentle rapids,
breathtaking canyon views, and a refreshing escape
into nature. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing float
or a fun group outing, this is a must-try activity.
$115 per person
(Minimum age is 12+ for single tubes; 8+ for double tubes.
Must be able to swim.)
Guided Horseback Riding
1:00 PM 4:00 PM
From forested mountain trails to stunning overlook of
the Jordanelle Reservoir, this 2 hour trail ride is great
for a family as well as the experienced rider. Minimum
age is 8 years old (no double riding permitted) and
the maximum weight limit is 240 pounds.
$195 per person
Provo River Kayaking
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Paddle through the scenic Provo Canyon on a top-
quality inflatable kayak. Whether you choose a single
or tandem kayak, this adventure is perfect for those
with some paddling experience. Enjoy a 6-mile trip
with gentle currents, beautiful canyon views, and fun
splashes along the way.
