and workforce morale. This practical session unites
diverse insights from in-house counsel, insurers, and
external legal experts to tackle crisis management
head-on. Through real-world scenarios and interactive
discussions, participants will develop proven strategies
for navigating both public emergencies and the
internal challenges that quietly test in-house counsel
on a daily basis.

As one of ESPN’s most versatile
commentators, Holly Rowe has
worked in sports journalism for more
than 30 years. Holly covers all of
the highest profile sporting events
including ABC Sunday Night Football,
the NCAA Women’s and Men’s Final
Four, the College World Series, the
Heisman Trophy Ceremony and the WNBA. In 2021,
Rowe made Utah Jazz history as the team’s first female
color commentator. She won the 2022 Emmy for
Outstanding Sports Personality and was inducted into
the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2023 as the Curt Gowdy
Electronic Media Award Winner. Holly currently serves
as the sideline reporter for ESPN’s top college football
broadcasting team, which includes covering the
college football playoffs and National Championship
Game.
Holly has been battling Stage IV Metastatic Melanoma
since 2018 and is a tireless advocate for cancer
research and prevention. Holly is the founder of
Joy+US, a nonprofit organization created to spark
job in the lives who need it most. She is also a media
consultant who trains clients on how to harness the
power of the media.
Holly will tell us about the power of storytelling, and
how Resilience and Relentless Enthusiasm are the
driving forces in her life and success.
