How to shoot product imagery. Principles
Products should be shot front on where possible (1 — 3).
Angled shots, or a profile, may be utilised if it more effectively shows the product, though it must only be angled in one direction. (4 — 6)
Propping should only be used when required to show parts and scale
to elevate sell. See page 34 for propping guidelines.
Where a window is used on packs, product imagery is not required.
Never use product photography on top of patterns / illustration.
