In this project, I mainly responsible for marketing research, analysis the brand, design the youtube channel and the final version of microsite(page 1-2). At the beginning, we have many ideas, I have some suggestion and sum up some ideas and the new service, we selected Fotomax as our brand finally.
After the midterm presentation, we found that our new service was not very attractive, so I suggested to provide recycled paper as our new service. It is because Fotomax can do their duty to corporate social responsibility
and it will boost the corporate image of the brand. Fortunately, my groupmate support my suggestion and we continued to do the project.
In the final presentation, my work is setting up the Social media strategy and designing the youtube channel. We have sum up the midterm powerpoint together and discuss the media platform. We gave different feedback to each other In the progress.
However, we found that our microsite style did not match the Fotomax due to the cartoon style
