Max Scott
Forensic Event Reconstruction
Max Scott has worked in forensics since 1969. He began his career while still in college by working for
several law firms performing investigative research. In 1974, he incorporated his first business, Oedipus,
Inc., where he performed forensic investigations and reconstruction. In 1996, Max formed his second
company, The Forensic Trio, Inc., of which he is the owner and president.
The company performs state-wide civil and criminal investigations, motor vehicle accident reconstruction,
and crime scene reconstruction. His experience includes investigation and/or reconstruction of a few
thousand personal injury and criminal cases, with numerous cases involving fatalities. To date, Max has
testified in several hundred cases as an expert witness in municipal, county, state, federal and U.S. Military
Court Martial cases.
