blOOMsbUry, cEnTrAl conservation area at Kings cross,
lOndOn cartwright gardens provides 1,200
–– student rooms.
The existing buildings, with the
exclusion of the 14 storey Hughes
Parry Tower, will be demolished
and replaced with a new building.
The Hughes Parry tower will
provide 246 refurbished student
accomodation rooms and 954
student accomodation rooms
located within the new buildings.
MKP carried out the detailed
design of the M&E services for
Multiplex.
