Ida Haught, The Caring Mission
We had difficulty getting some caregivers to
take shifts. Ida was working every day,
multiple shifts a day. All she asked was one
certain day off. When it came to that day, our
options were gone and we had to call her to
see if she would take a shift for a “must-see”
client. Even though this meant she worked 64
days in a row without a day off, she said yes.
