Yvette McKenzie, Home Instead Senior Care
Yvette once answered our call for an aide to
be with a client who was in the ER and did not
want to be alone. This client has specific
needs and prejudices. Yvette was coached on
the prejudices and was gracious to enter into
a potentially volatile situation because she
knew this client needed help.
