Changes can be related to errors in the Ordinance that need to be correct- ed, improvements to the Ordinance, law changes in the preceding years or based upon review of applications and processes throughout the year by the Planning Board. The Planning Board prepares the changes, holds public hearings, and then submits for voters to consider on the ballot.
