FROM THE LAND USE OFFICE:
Attention Condo, Property Owners, or Home Owners Associations
Attention Associations – if you are a condo, property owners, or homeowners association we would like to know who your cur- rent President/Officers are and when you hold elections.
When notifying abutters in
an Association, the law requires the notification to be sent to the president or an officer of the As- sociation. Unfortunately, in many instances, the Land Use Office does not have that information, or the information on record is out-
dated. We are hoping by gather- ing this information, it will allow the Land Use Office to reach out annually, after an election, to up- date, if applicable any changes in the president/officers.
Your cooperation and assis-
tance would be greatly appreci- ated.
