Meet LUKIE!
Meet Lukie! This 12-year-old boy is sweet as pie, and if we’re being honest, he’s not very small. In fact, in a recent vet visit, he weighed in at 19 lbs which means he does have diabetes. The good news is that the vet has also told us that they believe he’s going into remission! He has been such a trooper and is now on 1/2 unit twice a day. He is absolutely lovable, and there is quite a lot of him to love! Belly rubs are his favorite, dogs are a big no, and cats might be okay by him. Because he is declawed, he will need to be an indoor cat only.
