highly valuable addition to Mid- State’s Bristol office, located at 100 Robie Road.
As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Zack brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his role at
earned his Bachelor of Nurs- ing degree from the University of Rochester in New York and completed his Master of Nurs- ing at Simmons University in Boston, MA. During his clinical rotations, Zack gained valuable experience at Mid-State and is now thrilled to return and prac- tice at this community health
