Wescott Law Opens New Office in Downtown Plymouth
PLYMOUTH – Since 1927, Wescott Law in Laconia, New Hampshire, has provided sound counsel and practical solutions for clients in need of legal rep- resentation. As the firm ap- proaches its 100th anniversary, its partners recently announced a new satellite office location at 11 Main Street in Plymouth.
Wescott Law’s full-service legal team includes nine at- torneys who live and work in the Lakes Region and Central New Hampshire. “We’ve had a long-standing desire to increase Wescott Law’s involvement with Plymouth and the sur-
rounding areas,” noted Partner Sarah Rubury, a resident of Rumney. “Our goal is to help our neighbors navigate signif- icant moments in their lives, whether it be starting a new business, addressing employee issues, buying or selling real estate, divorce, or other import- ant events.”
Wescott Law was previously a tenant in Grafton Regional Development Corporation’s Enterprise Center at Plym- outh (ECP), a 10,000-square- foot business incubator facility which opened in 2013 and is home to nearly 20 startups and
businesses. The business incu- bator offers a platform of re- sources, including office space and support services for new and growing firms in Grafton County.
“It was incredibly helpful to have an affordable office space as a first step in our long-term plans for expanding into the Plymouth region,” said Rubury. “The all-inclusive services with high-speed internet and confer- ence rooms were exactly what we needed until we were ready to move to a more permanent location.”

mony, hosted by the Central New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce (CNHCC), was held outside the Wescott Law office at the south end of Main Street. The new location is also home to local attorney Brian W. Ray.
CNHCC Executive Direc- tor Matty Leighton said, “The Chamber is thrilled to see Wescott Law expanding into the Plymouth market. As an ambassador for business and community connections in our region, celebrating our mem- bers' progress with events such as ribbon cuttings is an import- ant part of that work.”
Wescott’s Director and Co-Managing Partner, Kath- rine Lacey, sees the expansion into Plymouth as aligning with the firm’s core values of integ- rity, compassion, collabora- tion, dedication, and diligence. “Our team has the ‘small town vibe,’ but with modern expe- rience and education to serve clients from college students to multi-million-dollar busi- nesses,” Lacey noted. “We are dedicated to serving where we live and are invested in our communities.”
Office hours at the Plym- outh location are currently by appointment only. For more in- formation about Wescott Law, visit wescottlawnh.com or call (603) 524-2166.
