With a lineup of tal- ented dancers, the debut of AJ Cappola as MC, and the chance to support Voices in their cru- cial work, this event is not to be missed. Join us on July 25th at 6:30 PM at Kelley Park in Bristol, NH, for an evening of dance, cel- ebration, and making a difference in the lives of those impacted by domestic and sexual violence. To- gether, we can ensure that Voices continues providing the support and resources survivors need to rebuild their lives.

The night will be filled with choreographed dance routines as each pair of dancers competes to impress the judges and the audience. The panel of judges, comprised of local celebrities and dance experts, will evalu- ate the performances based on technique, creativity, and over- all presentation. Meanwhile, the audience can cast their votes for their favorite couples, adding an interactive element to the event.
In addition to the captivating dance performances, the evening will feature the presentation of three prestigious awards:
The Judges Award: This award will be given to the cou- ple that captures the hearts of the judging panel with their outstanding performance. The winners will have demonstrated exceptional skill, creativity, and showmanship on the dance floor.
The Peoples Award: This award will go to the couple that raises the most money during the event on July 25th. Audience members can contribute by vot- ing for their favorite dancers, translating each vote into a do- nation. This award highlights the community's generosity and sup- port for Voices.
The Voices Award: The final award of the evening will be presented to the couple that has raised the most money overall for Voices Against Violence. This award recognizes the dedication and hard work of the participants in their fundraising efforts leading up to the event.
This year’s contestants bring a diverse array of talents and backgrounds, ensuring a night full of unique and exciting per- formances:
Dawna and Paul: Dawna owner of Newfound Impres- sions Printing with her partner Paul Fleming of PVF Builders in Bristol.
Becky and Jeff: Becky, an Administrative Assistant for the Alexandria Police Department, is teaming up with Jeff, who has been a professional dancer for nearly a decade.
Kevin and Kelly: This fa- ther-daughter duo is sure to charm the audience. Kevin has been a dedicated member of the Bristol Fire Department for over ten years.
Courtney and Catie:
Courtney, a talented hairdresser at Chic Boutique in Plymouth and active in the Newfound school, partners with Catie, a teacher at Bridgewater Hebron School and owner of the New- found Dance Company.
Charlene and Nancy:
Known for their line-dancing skills, this duo can be found danc- ing the night away at Owl’s Nest on Tuesday nights.
Vanessa and Tonya: Va- nessa, a student at Newfound Regional High School, pairs up with Tonya, one of her teachers, bringing a unique student-teacher dynamic to the competition.
Samantha and Carl:
Carl, the proud father of Voices Against Violence's Executive Director, partners with Saman- tha, owner of Synergy Dance Studio in Ashland. Samantha's dedication is a cornerstone of the event's success.
The impact of Dancing Under the Stars extends far be- yond the dance floor. The funds raised through the event are cru- cial for Voices, enabling the or- ganization to continue providing essential services to those affected by domestic and sexual violence. These services include emergency shelter, crisis intervention, legal advocacy, and counseling, all of which are vital for the safety and recovery of survivors.
