peratures can’t stop New Hamp- shire residents from joining in on this full day of fun. Perhaps a friendly ice luge contest? Who knows what can happen at Win- terfest, but Newfound Lake Inn knows how to put on a party, so the possibilities are endless. This is a family-friendly event, and everyone is encouraged to attend because who would want to miss this? Everyone had such a great time last year, and this time around, it will be better than the last! It’s just what we do. Even in cold temperatures, we know how to have fun on the lake. Some people around here might even prefer it! And not to men- tion how beautiful the lake looks around this time. While families are enjoying Winterfest, they are surrounded by the icy beauty of Newfound Lake. There really isn’t anything more picturesque than a beautiful, frozen-over lake, and I might be biased, but New- found Lake is one of the pretti- est! So, be sure to take pictures of not only the fun events going on during Winterfest but also the beautiful lake!

joyed a nice fire on the beach as well. Winterfest is the place to be if anyone is looking for some fun on the ice. There’s so much to do for adults and kids, and the cold weather will be the last on any- one’s mind. The people of New Hampshire are used to the cold and have no problem making the most out of the falling tempera- tures!
Get excited, everyone, be- cause everything is returning this year yet again! Folks from last year remember all the fun things that Winterfest had to offer, and they are back again! A bonfire! Activities and games! Food and Refreshments! Ice bar and ice luge! Raffles and prizes! There will also be inflatable axe throw- ing, skee ball, the Polar Plunge, and more! Rory Scott will host “Behind the Songs,” featuring the story behind original songs being pitched to Country Music Superstars. There will be special appearances by Stephen Gibbs, Roger Savage, and members of the Blue Eyed Bandits and Witches Widow. From 6:00-8:00
