On the Friday before Val- entine’s Day, February 9th, the community center will be host- ing the 2024 Father-Daughter Dance from 6:00 to 9:00pm, with two tiers or recommended age-related times. From 6pm- 7:15pm we recommended that the pre-k to 2nd graders bust out their best dance moves and from 7:45pm to 9:00pm we recom-
mend that the 3rd graders and up get their chance to cut up the rug. For just $20 per couple ($5/ additional child) you can enjoy Music & refreshments, corsages for all of the girls, prizes for dance contest & limbo and door prizes throughout the night. To round out this festive dough, we have Cash Calendars available for sale for the Month of February and registration has just opened for the 2024 NH Marathon, a community-wide fundraiser. For just $5 per calen- dar, our February Cash Calendar has prizes drawn every day of the month, with a Grand prize of $500. Help support our Youth Programs and maybe walk away with a little cash in your pocket.
The NH Marathon Race Date has been set and it is for October 5th, 2024, at 9AM. New Hampshire’s best kept se- cret for over 30 years! Come experience the natural beauty of NH in a small, friendly, and community-oriented event that doubles as a Boston Qualifier. The New Hampshire Marathon
has been described as one of the most beautiful races in New England. The course moves around Newfound Lake during our most spectacular season, peak foliage. Offering a full, half, 10K and Kids race events, we have something for all levels.
