Save the Date for the 20th Annual “Keep The Heat
Community
Welcome Plymouth Officers
Officer Hubbell and Officer McKenzie recently graduated from the 197th NH Police Academy and are preparing to becoming solo Officers after completing their field training. We look forward to having them on the road and meeting the community.
The Common Man will again be the venue for the annual Keep The Heat On fuel assistance fundraiser on January 29, 2025. Thanks to Alex Ray and the crew at The Common Man Inn, we look forward to celebrating our 20th year helping the Plymouth Area Community Closet (PACC) to meet the needs of local families.
This year, we will be host- ing a fun-filled Roaring Twen- ties-themed event, complete with music, dancing, games, and lots of fun for all. KTHO regulars can again look forward to a full lineup of local restaurants pro- viding scrumptious appetizers, a delicious dinner buffet, and a sin- ful selection of desserts. We will also have an extensive selection of auction items contributed by our faithful supporters, both business and community members. The bidding is always competitive, ex- citing and so much fun. Bring your friends and neighbors and see who goes home with the most interesting items.
The KTHO committee has set an ambitious goal of $65,000 this year. Everyone knows prices have been rising, fuel is expensive, and we have had our first cold nights to remind us of what is ahead. Please help your neighbors who may be struggling to provide heat for their families. Last year, we raised $62,000 and provided fuel assistance to 176 families in the greater Plymouth area. We serve 15 towns, and the need is great.
The PACC and KTHO or- ganizers thank our many gen- erous friends who have already
responded to the appeal to help our neighbors. If you have a spe- cial item or service you would like to donate to our auction, or if you would like information on spon- sorships, please contact Denise at dsiraco64@gmail.com.
Tickets for KTHO will go on sale on December 1st. Seats are limited and can be purchased on- line at https://bit.ly/KTHOtick- ets for $65 each or a reserved table of 10 for $750. The event always sells out, so get your tickets early.
Dressers Unlimited, Main Street Plymouth, is having a Sun-
day Soirée on November 24th from 12 to 4 p.m. Begin your hol- iday shopping and enjoy special prices, refreshments, raffles, music, and more. A portion of all sales will be donated to Keep The Heat On. Thank you, Dressers Unlim- ited, for your continued support. Keep The Heat On is organized and sponsored by the Plymouth Area Community Closet in its continued mission to support our neighbors. Thank you for helping us provide fuel assistance to those in need.
