Kelley Park in Bristol was the scene of many activities on Aug. 27 when the town gathered to- gether for their 2022 Old Home Day festivities. Bean wrapped up his presen- tation by saying, “Steve Hanser is the embodiment of commu- nity spirit. We are grateful for the opportunity to thank him for his outstanding contributions to our community and to honor him with this award.”

In addition, boy Scout Troop 59 offered a rope course challenge for people, while their younger affiliates in Cub Scout Pack 59 had displays and information at their booth, encouraging others to join them for the fun and ex- citing challenges of scouting.
