Change Group Administrator
▪ If you are the MOC group administrator of the
company, you can manage to change group
administrator.
▪ If MOC group administrator is no longer connected
with the company, you can contact verifphl@oocl.com
or helpdesk@cargosmart.com to change the company
MOC group administrator.
Step 1: After you login ‘My
OOCL Center’ as group
administrator, go to Top Menu
‘Administration’ -> “User
Profiles” -> “User Profile
Search”.
