Profile

During the last 13 years, I have worked within, Project-, Program-, Portfolio-, Resource-, Service- and People Management. Even
the name of the roles varies, the common theme has been leading startups, transformation, optimization and getting things into
structure. As a natural consequence, I have worked in different steering committees and often reported to senior management or
the Executive Board.

In more than half of my career, I have worked on a variety of projects related to Innovation, Development, Infrastructure, Strategy,
and Org. Design. Together with my former Lean responsibility, this has made me very passionate about Project- and Process
Optimization, Business Analysis and getting the best out of people and teams.

My graduation from IBM's International Manager program, and a certification within agile leadership, have together with my
shared responsibility for Netdesigns Manager- and employee development programs equipped me with huge experience in
business development, team building, employee development, retainment and performance optimization.
I am certified within Leadership, Project- and Service Management. In addition, I hold a mini MBA and was on IBM's "Top 10
performer / Talent Program" in my last 6 years in IBM.

Outside my corporate life, I work as owner of 'Start Business Better’, within Management consulting including business
development, strategy, and online marketing. Both in my own business and in my corporate life I am never afraid to walk an extra
mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a person, I flourish in a dynamic environment with challenges and the possibility to make a difference. I am good at thinking in
new ways and to adapt to new situations. I am very enthusiastic in what I do and always strive for the best result. I use coaching
and empathy in my leadership and have often been told I am good at inspiring other people. While I am leading startups,
transformation, and optimization initiatives, I always take pride in appearing transparent, professional, team- and solution oriented.

Resource- & Talent Management

- Former IBM Resource Manager for 450 people & overall responsible for the implementation of Resource Mgmt. in Netdesign

Drive and implement startups, including Business Analysis, Process- & Performance Management
- Strong experience with implementation of new and strategical initiatives in medium and large organizations. Experience from e.g.
